The Keysight N7040A Rogowski coil current probe is designed for measuring AC currents up to 3,000 A and has a bandwidth of 3 Hz to 23 MHz. This probe is extremely easy to use because it features a thin, lightweight, flexible and easy-to-use clip-on Rogowski coil, enabling current measurements deep into hard-to-reach components and tight spaces in circuits under test. It can also measure large AC currents without using a larger sensor.

The N7040A Series is ideal for measuring AC currents masked by large DC currents and can be used to design, debug, and troubleshoot power semiconductor circuits, power supplies, inverters, and electric motors. These probes come with an AC power adapter and 4 AA batteries to power the probe. It can be used with any Keysight oscilloscope equipped with a 1 MΩ BNC input.
