The N7033A power point probe is suitable for power integrity measurements and can detect specified signals on the capacitors of the power distribution network. Specifically the common 0201 and 0402 package size capacitors (these are imperial codes and converted to metric codes are 1005 and 0603).

This browser probe uses spring-loaded pins for grounding, allowing it to support a variety of probing angles and ensure a reliable connection. Additionally, it has an ergonomic handle shaped to prevent it from rolling off the work surface.

This browser probe offers maximum probing efficiency when used with the Keysight 1250-4403 Rotary SMA Adapter. The rotating SMA adapter allows continuous rotation so that the main probe cable does not twist and therefore does not create torque.
