The N7023A power browser probe is suitable for use with the Keysight N7020A and N7024A power probes. The N7023A browser probe utilizes the mechanical components of our popular passive probes to create a convenient browser accessory for the N7020A and N7024A powered probes.

Designed with convenience and ease of use in mind, the N7023A power browser probe features 350 MHz bandwidth and offers a variety of connectivity and probing options. This browser probe has a compact 2.5 mm diameter tip that allows deep probing into compact devices under test. The sharp tips are spring-loaded to help maintain stable contact and prevent the device under test from slipping off. This browser probe comes with a two-lead adapter for connecting to standard 0.1-inch pitch 2-pin connectors or other accessories. It also comes with an SMT clip, allowing you to probe surface mount capacitors hands-free.

The N7023A power browser probe is only compatible with the N7020A and N7024A power probes. To use a browser probe, simply unscrew the main cable from the N7020A/N7024A power probe and replace it with the N7023A power probe.
