Low noise: The probe has a 1:1 attenuation ratio, increasing the oscilloscope’s noise floor by only 10%

Wide offset range: A wide offset range of +/-24 V allows the user to use the oscilloscope’s most sensitive settings and center the signal on the screen

Low DC loading effect: 50 kΩ DC input impedance does not add significant load to the DC power supply

Wide effective signal range: In addition to the wide offset range, the effective signal range is as wide as +/-850 mV, allowing the user to measure large jumps in supply voltage

Designed for power integrity measurements, the N7020A power probe features mV-level sensitivity, allowing users to more accurately detect noise, ripple and transients on DC power supplies. This probe is ideal for measuring random and periodic disturbances (PARD), static and dynamic load response, programmable power supply response, and similar power integrity measurements. Today, most products have increasingly stringent DC power tolerance requirements, and the N7020A power probe will help users ensure that the products they design meet these requirements.

The N7020A power probe works with Keysight's InfiniiVision 3000T and 4000 X-Series oscilloscopes, InfiniiVision 6000 X-Series oscilloscopes ordered after February 1, 2016, and Infiniium S-Series DSO and MSO high-resolution oscilloscopes, Infiniium 9000 Series DSOs and MSOs running version 5.20 or later software used with an oscilloscope. If you need higher bandwidth, the N7024A power probe has bandwidths up to 6 GHz and can be used with S, V, and Z Series Infiniium oscilloscopes.
