The bandwidth-enhanced N7001A InfiniiMax III+ 13 GHz probe amplifier is designed for general-purpose, high-speed differential bus probing.

Keysight's InfiniiMax III+ probes feature InfiniiMode technology, which greatly expands measurement capabilities and usability to fully measure differential signals. Engineers can connect the InfiniiMax III+ probe once and then simply change its settings to measure differential signals, single-ended A or B signals, and the common-mode component of differential signals.

Like InfiniiMax III technology, each individual InfiniiMax III+ probe amplifier contains its own unique S-parameters, and this frequency response data can be combined with the S-parameters of other probes to flatten the probe's amplitude and phase response, resulting in greater measurement accuracy. By correcting the response of a specific probe amplifier, the probe calibration results can be made more accurate, significantly improving measurement accuracy.
