The N5425B ZIF probe with ZIF probe is the ideal solution for probing signals at a large number of test points in a small space, such as a DDR memory system.

ZIF (zero insertion force) probes and tips can significantly reduce probe costs when many points need to be measured. ZIF probes require the use of ZIF probes that can be soldered to different locations on the circuit board. ZIF probes can make measurements back and forth between these probes.

When used with the MX0023A InfiniiMax 25 GHz RC probe amplifier, it provides a flat frequency response up to 18 GHz, making it a very economical solder-in probe solution.

This probe does not include a ZIF tip. When ordering these probes, order the N5426A ZIF probe or the N5451A long-line ZIF probe.
