The oscilloscope uses the N2891A 70 MHz high voltage differential probe to make safe and accurate floating measurements. With the N2891A differential probe, traditionally grounded Keysight oscilloscopes can also be used to measure floating signals up to ±7000 V differential and common-mode voltages.

This probe is compatible with oscilloscopes with 1 MΩ BNC inputs. The probe is powered by the included 4 AA batteries or can be powered from the oscilloscope or computer's USB host port via the included USB power cord.
