The N2838A InfiniiMax III PCB ZIF Probe contains a set of 5 ZIF probes and comes with plastic prongs to assist in soldering the probes to the device under test. This probe uses a printed circuit board substrate, making it a very robust and easy-to-use probing solution.

Compatible with InfiniiMax III probe amplifier and N5439A ZIF probe.

The 130 Ω axial resistor on top of the N2838A ZIF probe can be replaced at any time if it becomes worn or damaged.

N2836-68701 is a replacement axial resistor kit for the N2836A and N2838A. Each resistor kit contains 10 resistors.
