The ultra-sensitive N2821A AC/DC current probe supports measurements from 50 uA to 5 A on Keysight oscilloscopes. The N2821A interface uses a make-before-break (MBB) connector, allowing you to quickly probe multiple locations on the device under test without soldering or soldering leads.
The N2820A dual-channel current probe connects to two oscilloscope channels to provide simultaneous low-gain and high-gain views for wider dynamic range measurements, while the N2821A single-channel current probe offers only one user-selectable view at a time.
Combine with Infiniium S-Series HD oscilloscopes for the ultimate high-sensitivity measurement solution. Using the area under the curve measurement (charge) on the Infiniium oscilloscope, you can easily calculate the integrated current draw in coulombs over time.
