The N2797A single-ended active probe is the industry's first low-cost, high input impedance active probe with ruggedized tips for environmental chamber testing of ICs and devices. It provides the capability for signal detection in harsh temperature environments from –40°C to +85°C. The probe offers 1.5 GHz bandwidth and a 2-meter cable.
The N2797A is equipped with a white LED headlight that illuminates the circuit under test, providing good visibility during manual spot testing. The probe is powered directly by the InfiniiVision and Infiniium AutoProbe interfaces, eliminating the need for an additional power supply. The probe also comes standard with several accessories for easy connection to the circuit under test. Replacement probe accessories are available by ordering the N2798A accessory kit.
