Highlights

The N2752A InfiniiMode DifferentialProbe is a new generation of low-cost DifferentialActiveProbe, with AutoProbe InterfaceCompatible for Keysight InfiniiVision and Infiniium Oscilloscopes. It adopts a new operating mode to conveniently MeasureDifferential, single-ended and common-mode Signals through one probe, without the need to reconnect the Probe to change connections. The InfiniiMode of the N2752A Probe provides the following operating modes.

A – B (Differential)

A – Ground (single-ended A)

B – Ground (single-ended B)

(A+B)/2 – Ground (common mode)

Shortcut Oscilloscopes Control

The shortcut Oscilloscopes control function built into the Probe allows you to turn the Probe's headlight on or off or control certain commonly used Oscilloscopes functions, such as run/stop, auto-zoom, quick print, quick save, etc., just by pressing a button on the Probe.

These Probes integrate many of the functions and features required for today's common high-speed Differential probing, especially in digital system design, component design/characterization and Differential serial bus Measurement. The N2752A Series DifferentialProbes offer 2:1 and 10:1 dual attenuation settings, suitable for a wide range of applications. The dual attenuation range automatically configures based on the size of the input Signals. These Differential probes feature 200 kΩ (Differential) or Input resistance of 100 kΩ (each input individually connected to ground) and extremely low input capacitance of 700 fF minimize circuit loading. With excellent Signals fidelity, the Probe is suitable for most digital design and debug applications. Furthermore, with wide dynamic range (10 Vpp at 10:1 attenuation ratio) and Offset range (±15 V), these Probes can also be used with a wide range of analog SignalsMeasurement.
