Product Overview
Highlights
The N2751A InfiniiMode differential probe is a new generation of low-cost differential active probes compatible with the AutoProbe interface of Keysight InfiniiVision and Infiniium oscilloscopes. It features a new operating mode that conveniently measures differential, single-ended and common-mode signals with a single probe, eliminating the need to reconnect the probe to change connections. InfiniiMode for the N2751A probe provides the following operating modes.
A – B (differential)
A – Ground (single-ended A)
B – Ground (single-ended B)
(A+B)/2 – Ground (common mode)
Shortcut oscilloscope control
Shortcut oscilloscope controls built into the probe allow you to turn the probe's headlight on or off or control some commonly used oscilloscope functions such as run/stop, auto-zoom, quick print, quick save, and more, just by pressing a button on the probe.
Measurement versatility
These probes integrate many of the functions and features required for today's common high-speed differential probing, particularly in digital system design, component design/characterization, and differential serial bus measurements. The N2751A Series differential probes are available in 2:1 and 10:1 dual attenuation settings for a wide range of applications. The dual attenuation range is automatically configured based on the size of the input signal. These differential probes feature an input resistance of 200 kΩ (differential) or 100 kΩ (each input individually grounded) and an extremely low input capacitance of 700 fF, minimizing circuit loading. With excellent signal fidelity, this probe is suitable for most digital design and debugging applications. Furthermore, with their wide dynamic range (10 Vpp at 10:1 attenuation) and offset range (±15 V), these probes can also be used for a wide range of analog signal measurements.
