Features

The Keysight MX0109A InfiniiMax III extreme temperature solder-in probe is a semi-permanent solder-in connection that provides system bandwidth up to 26 GHz. For extended temperature testing, the MX0109A is capable of supporting extreme operating temperatures from -55 °C to +150 °C per the JEDEC JESD22-A104 Rev. E standard, making it ideal for testing electronic circuits and devices in environmental chambers.

It is compatible with InfiniiMax III and III+ probe amplifiers.

The 130 Ω axial resistor on the tip of the MX0109A ZIF probe is replaceable if it becomes worn or damaged.

The N2836-68701 is a replacement axial resistor kit for the MX0109A, N2836A, and N2838A. Each resistor kit contains 10 resistors.

Operating temperature characteristics:

Minimum 1,000 hours dwell time at -55 °C

Minimum 1,000 hours dwell time at +150 °C

Supports a minimum of 750 cycles from -55 °C to 150 °C as specified in the JEDEC JESD22-A104 Rev. E standard
