The MX0104A Performance Verification and Deskew Fixture is a 50 Ω thru fixture that enables calibration and deskew of InfiniiMax III/III+ Series probe amplifiers or verification of the probe's performance using a VNA. This fixture has excellent signal integrity up to 40 GHz. MX0104A is the replacement for N5443A. For bandwidths less than 13 GHz, the E2655C is required.

The MX0104A only includes a 50 Ω thru clamp. You can choose the Option 001 Plastic Bracket or the Option N2787A 3D Probe Positioner, which will help you position the probe amplifier in place.
