The MX0100A is an ultra-small, ultra-high performance solder-in probe optimized for probing modern high-speed devices. It is a miniature solder-in probe for use with Keysight InfiniiMax I and II probe amplifiers for probing small target devices. The probe is made of flexible printed circuits, which is very light, flexible and compact. It is not only easy to use, but can also be reused many times. The MX0100A’s solderable leads ensure a secure connection to the device under test. The 4-mil diameter wire can be bent to accommodate targets spaced between 0 and 7 mm.

For extended temperature testing, the MX0100A is capable of supporting extreme operating temperatures from -55 °C to +150 °C as specified in the JEDEC JESD22-A104 Rev. E standard, making it ideal for testing electronic circuits and devices in environmental chambers.
