Product Overview

Features

High-speed technologies such as DDR5/MIPI can be tested and verified using the 25 GHz probe amplifier (AP2).

Provides higher input impedance in the mid-frequency band to achieve low energy consumption detection.

Ultra-low signal attenuation helps improve test margin.

Probe small components with ultra-flexible micro probes, or choose from a wide range of compatible probes to best meet your unique application needs.

Differential, single-ended and common-mode signals can be measured simultaneously using a single probe.

Use with Infiniium UXR, 90000 X, Q, V and Z Series oscilloscopes.

Keysight's MX0025A InfiniiMax Ultra Series probe amplifiers are easier to use because you can measure differential, single-ended and common-mode signals with just a single probe.

When you use a probe to pick up a signal into an oscilloscope, the probe becomes part of the circuit and therefore affects the test results. Your probe may mask signal details, attenuate or distort the signal. InfiniiMax Ultra Series probes have extremely low loading effects and have almost no impact on the circuit. Its measurement accuracy is better than ever before, which can increase the test margin and help you build measurement confidence. Make sure the entire measurement system helps you see more realistic signal characteristics.

Because these probes have RC high impedance curve characteristics, noise and capacitive loading effects are very small, enabling smaller loading effects at more frequencies. The InfiniiMax Ultra series supports InfiniiMode and offers user-definable AC calibration modes, wider input voltage range, higher accuracy through unique S-parameter characterization, lower capacitive loading effects, micro/socket probes for lower density probing, and greater bandwidth. The InfiniiMax Ultra Series features an RC input impedance architecture that minimizes loading effects and signal distortion over a wider frequency range.

InfiniiMax Ultra probes are available in three attenuation ratios—1:1, 4:1, and 8:1—to provide excellent noise performance and a large voltage input range while maintaining greater bandwidth. The input range is automatically configured based on the size of the input signal and the vertical scale of the oscilloscope.

You have the flexibility to choose from three input dynamic ranges: 600 mVpp (1:1), 2.5 Vpp (4:1), and 5 Vpp (8:1). With the InfiniiMax Ultra Series probes, you'll be able to clearly see and understand whether your design is satisfactory and compliant with standards, while you can easily probe small devices and reduce test complexity.

For engineers designing and debugging the latest interface standards, the MX0025A InfiniiMax Ultra probe amplifier, 25 GHz offers the highest accuracy and signal integrity in the industry.
