When a probe is used to connect a signal to an oscilloscope, it becomes part of the circuit that affects the test. Probes may hide signal details, load the signal, or distort the signal. InfiniiMax Ultra Series probes have the lowest loading and minimal impact on the circuit. Improve test margins and gain measurement confidence with unparalleled accuracy. These probes achieve the lowest noise and capacitive loading, and due to their RC high impedance nature, lowest loading over a wider frequency range. The InfiniiMax Ultra series supports InfiniiMode with user-defined AC calibration modes, wider input voltage range, higher accuracy (achieved through unique S-parameter characterization), lower capacitive loading, wider input voltage range, micro/socketable probe heads for smaller density probing, and more bandwidth. The InfiniiMax Ultra Series uses an RC input impedance structure for lowest loading and least signal distortion over the widest frequency range.

InfiniiMax Ultra probes are available in three attenuation ranges—1:1, 4:1, and 8:1—providing excellent noise performance and a large voltage range while maintaining maximum bandwidth. The input range is automatically configured based on the size of the input signal and the vertical scale of the oscilloscope.

Flexible selection of three input dynamic ranges: 600 mVpp at 1:1, 2.5 Vpp at 4:1, and 5 Vpp at 8:1. With InfiniiMax Ultra Series probes, you can clearly see and know when your design reaches a satisfactory, standards-compliant state that enables easy probing of small devices and reduced test complexity.
