Keysight DP0013A is a member of the DP001xA series of DifferentialActiveProbes with 1.7 GHz bandwidth. These Probes can provide excellent general-purpose DifferentialSignalsMeasurement for today's various high-speed power-related Measurements (Such as Motor drives, automotive Differential bus Measurements and high-speed digital system designs).
