The DP0001A is a 400 MHz high voltage differential probe designed for accurate high voltage power measurements with 2 kV supply isolation or 1 kV CAT III rated operating voltage to meet the testing needs of today's WBG power devices, power converters or motor drives. This probe's high bandwidth and low loading effect allow it to accurately measure 1 kV transient pulses with edge speeds (10-90%) as fast as 1.2 ns in modern switching power supplies. In addition, the probe's high common-mode rejection ratio (CMRR) significantly simplifies measurement challenges in noisy, high-common-mode power electronic environments.

When used with an Infiniium oscilloscope, this probe supports an automatically switchable attenuation ratio, which automatically sets the probe attenuation ratio to a value that allows the probe's dynamic range to be greater than or equal to the level required to measure the current input signal. The probe is also equipped with a wide range of accessories, suitable for various connection scenarios of the device under test, and can also be connected to possible compact target devices.

This differential probe has a differential input resistance of 10 MΩ and an input capacitance of only 2 pF to minimize loading effects on the circuit. The DP0001A is compatible with Keysight oscilloscopes equipped with a 50 Ω AutoProbe interface, which automatically configures the oscilloscope for probe connection.

Keysight also offers the N7013A Extreme Temperature Extension Kit, which enables you to probe differential signals at extreme temperatures in an environmental chamber. The N7013A is compatible with the DP0001A with a reduced bandwidth rating of 70 MHz. The 70 cm long differential cable set and accessories can be used in the temperature range of -40 °C to +85 °C.
