The Keysight 1146B AC/DC probe accurately measures and displays DC or peak AC (DC to 100 kHz) currents up to 100 A without interrupting the circuit. The 1146B AC/DC probe uses Hall Effect sensor technology to measure both AC and DC signals. It is compatible with Keysight oscilloscopes with 0.2 to 0.5 V/div sensitivity and 1 MΩ BNC input.

The 1146B AC/DC probe is ideal for capturing transient current signals such as those found in motor controllers, switching power supplies, inverters, and current amplifiers driving inductive loads.

The 1146B AC/DC probe has the same form factor and functionality as the discontinued 1146A and is a replacement for the latter.
