For high-speed differential or single-ended probing in embedded designs, the InfiniiMax 1.5 GHz 1130B differential probe amplifier is an ideal companion for Infiniium 600 MHz to 1 GHz oscilloscopes and InfiniiVision 500 MHz to 1 GHz oscilloscopes. It has ultra-low input capacitance and flat frequency response, and uses innovative resistive probe technology, resulting in extremely low loading effects when probing the device under test, resulting in excellent signal fidelity. The E2675B differential browser probe kit (ordered separately) is recommended for the 1130B because the probe spacing of this kit is variable and aligned exactly with the z-axis, which improves the probe's ease of use/versatility. Also available are the E2669B Differential Connectivity Kit or the E2668B Single-Ended Connectivity Kit (ordered separately), which include a variety of connectivity probe heads and accessories.

The 1130B is the RoHS compliant model of the 1130A. 1130B is exactly the same as 1130A in terms of appearance, size, function and price.
