Cross-correlation EVM is a technology used to extend the dynamic range of the receiver and improve EVM performance
Two receivers independently capture and demodulate the same signal and cross-correlate the error vectors, thereby canceling out the uncorrelated noise generated by the receivers and significantly reducing EVM
This method makes the cross-correlation EVM value contain only the noise from the device under test (DUT).
The 89601EVMC option with VSA 2022 version 1.0 or later update is able to accurately measure the EVM performance of WLAN signals (WLAN 89601B7RC and/or 89601BHXC license required)
