Features
Low noise: The probe has a 1.3:1 attenuation ratio, which increases the oscilloscope’s noise floor by only 30%
Wide offset range: A wide offset range of +/-15.25 V allows the user to use the oscilloscope’s most sensitive settings and center the signal on the screen
Small DC load effect: 50 kΩ DC input impedance will not add significant load to the DC power supply
Large effective signal range: In addition to a very large offset range, the effective signal range is as wide as +/-600 mV, allowing users to measure large jumps in supply voltage
Large bandwidth: 6 GHz bandwidth makes it easy to capture fast transients that distort clocks and digital data
Designed for power integrity measurements, the N7024A power probe features mV-level sensitivity, allowing users to more accurately measure noise, ripple and transients on DC power supplies. This probe is ideal for measuring random and periodic disturbances (PARD), static and dynamic load response, programmable power supply response, and similar power integrity measurements. Today, most products have increasingly stringent DC power tolerance requirements, and the N7024A power probe will help users ensure that the products they design meet these requirements.
