The InfiniiMax III detection system provides greater bandwidth with minimal loading effects, enabling higher levels of signal fidelity and accuracy. InfiniiMax III probe amplifiers are available in four different models from 16 GHz to 30 GHz, so there is a probing solution that best meets your performance and budget requirements. The InfiniiMax III detection system uses a proprietary 200 GHz fT InP (indium phosphide) IC process with backside ground vias and novel thick film technology to meet higher performance needs and is well received by the market.
