Use the N2790A 100-MHz high voltage differential probe to make safe and accurate floating measurements in conjunction with an oscilloscope. The N2790A probe allows the use of traditional grounded Keysight oscilloscopes, enabling floating signal measurements up to 1400 V differential and 1000 V common-mode voltages.
Due to its high bandwidth and excellent input impedance characteristics, this probe can accurately measure fast transient edges up to 3.5 nanoseconds in modern switching power supplies.
The probe is compatible with the Keysight AutoProbe interface, has a 1 Ω input, and is powered by the Keysight oscilloscope's probe interface.
When probing differential signals in environmental chambers at extreme temperatures, Keysight offers the N7013A Extreme Temperature Expansion Kit. The N7014A is compatible with the N2790A with a derated bandwidth of 70 MHz. The 70 cm long differential cable set and accessories are suitable for temperatures ranging from -40 degrees Celsius to +85 degrees Celsius.
