The MX0106A is a solder-in probe that can be connected to the target by soldering, making the connection reliable without relying on hand-holding. This probe configuration has a 23 GHz bandwidth and minimal capacitive loading effects, allowing measurements of both single-ended and differential signals simultaneously. It uses strong 7 mil diameter (4 mil optional) nickel wire that can be attached to tiny targets with very narrow spacing and is replaceable. This solder-in probe can be used over a wide temperature range of -55 °C to +150 °C.
