If the detection points are scattered on the target or there are no detection points designed, you can use the E5381B flying line kit. The probe comes with a wide range of high-performance accessories that allow it to be connected to native connectors or soldered to surface mount components, vias, pads, traces and other PC board components. This probe works with a variety of Keysight logic analyzers equipped with a 90-pin cable connector.
The functions and basic technical specifications of E5381B are the same as those of E5381A differential flying lead.
