Keysight DP0011A is a member of the DP001xA series of DifferentialActiveProbes with 500 MHz bandwidth. These Probes can provide excellent general-purpose DifferentialSignalsMeasurement for today's various high-speed power-related Measurements (Such as Motor drive, automotive Differential bus Measurement and high-speed digital system design).
