PP0003A High ImpedanceProbe

PP0003A is Keysight's first Compatible MMCX PassiveProbe with an analog bandwidth up to 1 GHz and a capacitive load of less than 4 pF. It maintains the simplicity and ease of use of PassiveProbe, and its performance is comparable to ActiveProbe. The AutoProbe Type I Interface provides biasing capabilities and can automatically configure Probe type and attenuation settings. PP0003A has the following Features:

PP0003A is connected to the AutoProbe Type I Interface on InfiniVision and Infinium Oscilloscopes through the PP0004A Adapter, and cooperates with Measurement. PP0001A/2A/3A Probe is a new generation of High ImpedanceProbe, regarded as a combination of "Probe and ProbeAdapter (PP0004A)". This combination does not have a fixed attenuation ratio, but is based on the specified volts/division (V/div) settings provide multiple available attenuation ratios to accommodate a wide dynamic range and maintain a flat frequency response.
