PP0002A Hi-Z+ Probe?

The PP0002A high-voltage PassiveProbe has an analog bandwidth of 800 MHz and a capacitive load of less than 2 pF, and can also output an input voltage up to 1200 Vrms. It maintains the simplicity and ease of use of PassiveProbe, while the performance is comparable to ActiveProbe. The AutoProbe Type I Interface provides biasing capabilities and can automatically configure Probe type and attenuation settings. PP0002A Has the following Features:

PP0002A is connected to the AutoProbe I-type Interface on InfiniVision and Infinium Oscilloscopes through PP0004A Adapter, and cooperates with Measurement. PP0001A/2A/3A Probe is a new generation of Hi-Z+ Probe, which is regarded as a combination of "Probe and ProbeAdapter (PP0004A)". This combination does not have a fixed attenuation ratio. Instead, multiple attenuation ratios are available for each specified Volts/Division (V/div) setting to accommodate a very large dynamic range and maintain a flat frequency response.
