The Keysight N7026A is a 150 MHz bandwidth active current probe for InfiniiVision and Infiniium oscilloscopes. The probe has a large, flat bandwidth (dc to 150 MHz), low noise (<250 μArms）以及宽输入范围（高达 30Arms 连续电流或 40Apeak 非连续电流）。 其测量灵敏度低至 1mA/div，让您能够更精确地看到低电平信号。
For accurate measurements using clamp-on current probes, degaussing and eliminating offset errors is critical. Degaussing and calibration buttons on the probe quickly and easily remove any residual magnetism and unwanted DC offset. The probe can be powered directly from the InfiniiVision and Infiniium AutoProbe interfaces (when measuring currents up to 15Apeak), or via an external AC adapter (when measuring currents up to 40Apeak).
The N7026A is ideal for capturing transient current signals such as those produced by high-frequency digital circuits, ICs, motor controllers, switching power supplies, inverters, and current amplifiers driving inductive loads.
