The N2776A Differential point probe allows you to quickly probe various points on a device. Damping resistors are integrated into the probe to achieve a flat response over the rated bandwidth.
With N2752A Using, bandwidth up to 6 GHz (guaranteed) or 7 GHz (typ) can be achieved
With N2751A and Using, bandwidth up to 3.5 GHz can be achieved
With N2750A and Using, bandwidth up to 1.5 GHz can be achieved
Only for Differential or single-ended Measurement
Spacing adjustable from 0.5 mm to 7.5 mm
One kit contains three probes
