The 1134B InfiniiMax 7 GHz Differential Probe Amplifier is the ideal companion to the Infiniium 6 GHz oscilloscope when performing high-speed differential or single-ended probing of embedded designs. It has ultra-low input capacitance and flat frequency response, and uses innovative resistive probe technology, resulting in extremely low loading effects when probing the device under test, resulting in excellent signal fidelity. The InfiniiMax 1130B-34B series provides a wide range of probes and accessories for a wide range of applications. These accessories meet particularly demanding mechanical access requirements.
1134B is a RoHS compliant model of 1134A. 1134B is exactly the same as 1134A in appearance, size, function and price.
