It has ultra-low input capacitance and flat frequency response, and uses innovative resistive probe technology, resulting in extremely low loading effects when probing the device under test, resulting in excellent signal fidelity. The InfiniiMax 1130B-34B series provides a wide range of probe heads and accessories for a wide range of applications. These accessories meet particularly demanding mechanical access requirements.
The 1132B is a RoHS compliant model of the 1132A. 1132B is exactly the same as 1132A in appearance, size, function and price.
